According to investigators, Moore saw a woman kicking the front door of a church in the 9400 block of Compton at Tidwell on Friday.

He identified himself as an officer and handcuffed her at the scene.

When Houston police arrived, they found Moore with an old Precinct 1 identification.

Moore allegedly told police that he was let go from the constable's office about six or seven years ago.

Police arrested Moore for misrepresenting himself.

They did not say why the woman was kicking the door.
