HOUSTON – The tables turned on a carjacker, after his victim ended up shooting and killing the robber with his own gun.
This happened a the Crown Garden Apartments on Houston's southwest side.

According to Houston police, the victim had just gotten into his car to head to work around 5 a.m. Tuesday, when the thief tapped on the car window and pulled out a gun.
Investigators said the man, a METRO bus driver, managed to get ahold of that gun and shoot the gunman.
Neighbors said they would do the same thing.
The accused carjacker died at the hospital. The METRO bus driver was not hurt.
