Amazon lets users "Subscribe & Save" with new feature

HOUSTON – Amazon has introduced a new feature called "Subscribe & Save" for Amazon Prime members.

The service allows consumers to subscribe to items they buy on a regular basis and have them shipped to their front door, all at a discounted rate.

For example:  a 40-pack of Keurig "K-Cups" would typically cost about $25.50.  But the "Subscribe & Save" service shaves $1.28 off that price every time a member buys the pack.

Another example:  a 96-count pack of Pampers runs $43.09 for Prime members.  But the "Subscribe & Save" feature cuts $2.15 off that cost.

Another way to save with Amazon?

The "Amazon Mom" program.  If you sign up, you can get 30 days of Amazon Prime for free, which means free 2-day shipping and an additional 20% off specific items.
