HOUSTON - Teddy Bear Paradise, formerly known as Denise O'Neal, 56, has entered a guilty plea to one count of making a threat against President Obama, announced United States Attorney Kenneth Magidson.

At the hearing Friday, Paradise admitted to mailing a letter to the president in which she told him that she was coming to Washington D.C. to murder him.

She also admitted to telling two Secret Service agents of her intention to kill the president, claiming that if she could not do it herself, she would find someone else to kill him.

Sentencing is set for Nov. 7. At that time, she faces up to five years in federal prison and a possible $250,000 fine. She will remain in custody pending that hearing.
