HOUSTON – According to officials, Sheriff Adrian Garcia's home was burglarized.
It is still unclear what was taken, but among the items stolen was one of Garcia's Smith and Wesson, blue steel revolver.

"Crime is an equal opportunity offender. My concern right now is that a gun is now in the hands of a criminal and I'd like to get it off the streets as soon as possible," said Garcia.
The Houston Police Department is the investigating agency in this case.
