HOUSTON -

A Houston man is facing child pornography possession charges.

Court documents state law enforcement officials identified an IP address using a peer-to-peer file sharing program. Detectives say they downloaded two images of child porn in October and November of 2012.

Further investigation identified Jai Chen Hua as the subscriber of the IP address. In February 2013, Homeland Security investigators executed a search warrant at Hua's residence and found several data storage devices containing 33 movies and 49 images of child porn.

Hua, 31, is charged with two counts of possession of child pornography. He is being held in the Harris County Jail on a $40,000 bond.
