Gregory Josefsberg is accused of hurting a bailiff with a pencil.

HOUSTON – A Houston attorney was arrested on Tuesday after deputies said he cut a bailiff with a pencil.

Harris County Sheriff's deputies said Gregory Josefsberg was arrested after he cut the deputy, who serves as a bailiff at the Harris County Courthouse.

Deputies said it happened after the bailiff told Josefsberg to stop talking loudly in the hallway.

As the attorney was being arrested, he allegedly lashed out and cut the bailiff on the arm.

Josefsberg was charged with interfering with public duty.
