HOUSTON – It is truly a visual arts speed bump.
The creation by artist and teacher Patrick Renner is causing drivers to slow down and admire what he calls the Funnel Tunnel.
Renner created the 180-foot structure in a public space on Montrose in conjunction with Art League Houston.
He estimates about 30,000 drivers pass the Funnel Tunnel every day.
