HOUSTON -

Neighbors called for help early Monday morning after a fire broke out at a west Houston home.

When Houston firefighters arrived just after 3 a.m., they saw flames shooting from the back of the home on Blue Willow Drive and Cranbrook.

The home is for sale and was being shown by realtors, but no one lived there.

According to Houston firefighters, electricity was still connected to the home.

Arson investigators were called to the scene to investigate the cause.

Officials said one firefighter suffered heat exhaustion. He was helped out of the home and treated with oxygen on the scene.  He was not taken to the hospital.
