HOUSTON -

A high-speed police chase through north Houston ended in a crash Saturday.

Around midnight, police said they received a 911 call about a robbery and carjacking.  Using GPS, an officer tracked the stolen car to a restaurant on Little York Road and North Shepherd.

According to reports, as the first HPD unit arrived, the suspects took off, leading police on a high-speed chase down Little York.  As the suspects approached the Northline intersection, police said they sped past a red light and slammed into the side of a pickup truck.

The two suspects in the stolen car jumped out and took off on foot.  Police caught one of the men, but the other suspect got away.

No one was injured in the accident.

The suspect's name was not released.
