MADISON, Mississippi – A group of Mississippi High School students wanted to stand out at their prom and got more than they bargained for.
They said they wanted to make their prom memorable, and they may have hit the mark.
The students prom dates were also on board with the fashion statements.
The suits were not only good for lots of laughs, but undoubtedly went viral.
One tweet got 189,000 likes and was retweeted 28,000 times.
"I posted it that night and originally I didn't think anything of it, and it just started blowing up," Nick Louvier said.
The suits by Shinesty may have also earned the boys some jobs,
"They wanted us to spread some love on Twitter and Instagram, and possibly become ambassadors for their company and maybe work out some internships or something like that," Taylor Lyle said.
