SAN ANTONIO – A Silver Alert has been issued by the San Antonio Police Department as they try to locate a missing 84-year-old man.
Police said Carlois Smith was last seen Wednesday morning driving in San Antonio in a beige 2002 Ford F-250 pickup truck with Texas plates 80JMS7.
