HOUSTON -

A north Harris County neighborhood that spent four months without mail delivery now has new mailboxes.

As Local 2 showed you on Tuesday night, the mailbox used by 15 families in that knighthood was damaged and the post man wouldn't deliver to it.

The families were forced to drive to the post office and stand in line to get their mail.

When Local 2 told the postal service about the issue, they promised to install new boxes, and they delivered.
