HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Authorities are asking for the public's help in finding a woman charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon following a 2012 incident.
On June 1, 2012, officials said Karlene Smith-Henderson was engaged in conversation with a male victim and asked him for spare change.

When the victim refused, Henderson pulled a knife from her bra, pushed him against a wall and attempted to cut him with the knife, authorities said.
In fear for his safety, officials said the victim kicked Henderson in the stomach in order to flee to safety.
Henderson was later charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Authorities said a warrant was issued in the 338th District Court with no bond.
Anyone with information about Henderson's whereabouts is asked to call Crime Stoppers of Houston at 713-222-TIPS (8477). Crime Stoppers said all tipsters remain anonymous, and they will pay up to $5,000 for any information that leads to Henderson's arrest.
