HOUSTON – A grieving mother is asking for the public's help in finding the person who shot and killed her son outside a north Harris County apartment complex.
According to deputies, the shooting happened around 6:30 p.m. Monday in the 300 block of Audrey Lane.
Deputies say they found Joshua Broussard on the ground outside of the Summer Point Apartments. He had been shot seven times.
Broussard was rushed to the hospital, where he later died.
"Please come forward. If anybody know anything, this is my child, nobody deserves this," Lisa Ward, Joshua's mother, said in a tearful plea to the public.
