KATY, Texas -

Firefighters said windy and dry conditions fueled a fast-moving grass fire in northwest Harris County.

The fire broke out just before 2 p.m. Saturday on Katy Hockley Road near Stockdick School Road. It eventually spread to 80 acres.

The Katy Fire Department said several agencies were called to help put out the fire.

Three booster trucks got stuck in the mud during the firefighting efforts.

No homes were threatened and no injuries were reported.

The cause of the fire is unknown.
