HOUSTON – A family's gardener is accused of molesting a 9-year-old Bellaire girl.
Juan Jose Lopez-Belloso, 53, has been charged with indecency with a child. He was not in custody as of Monday evening.
Police issued an arrest warrant for Lopez-Belloso over the weekend. Investigators said the girl's father called police after she told him that Lopez-Belloso touched her inappropriately on April 16.
Court records showed that Lopez-Belloso lured the child into the family's garage on Mulberry Lane, grabbed her, kissed her and assaulted her.
Police said Lopez-Belloso is accused of repeatedly molesting the girl over a two-month period.
