FORT WORTH, Texas – A Fort Worth police officer's service dog had a special weekend, graduating service dog school and then getting married.
Trooper is the service dog of Ofc. Lisa Ramsey. She was paralyzed after being shot in the line of duty in 2003.
Fort Worth police's Facebook page said Ramsey and Trooper had been working hard for him to graduate from service dog school.
His milestone was celebrated by getting married to Sophie, another service dog.
Fort Worth police posted pictures of the ceremony on its Facebook page, congratulating the happy couple.
