HOUSTON - A middle school teacher fired back in February over allegations that she had a sexual relationship with a student, is facing a new charge.

According to court documents, former Memorial Middle School teacher Kathryn Murray, 29, has been charged with harboring a runaway child.

We first told you about Murray back in February when she was fired for the alleged relationship.  She is already charged with sexual assault of a child, and improper relationship with a child.
