Former student caught stealing peanut butter & jelly sandwiches from high school, police say

CONROE, Texas – A strange crime at a Conroe Independent School District happened when a former student was accused of stealing peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, police said.

The theft was reported on Oct. 5 at The Woodlands College Park High School.

Conroe ISD police said 20-year-old Stone Turks broke into the high school before school hours and stole peanut butter and jelly sandwiches, along with a Gatorade. Surveillance video showed Turks walking up and down the halls with a cart filled with stolen items, school officials said.

Detectives said Turks didn’t steal any items other than the sandwiches and drink.
