HOUSTON -

Firefighters are trying to figure out if a fire in northwest Houston home was deliberately set.

The fire broke out around 4:30 a.m. Tuesday on Rose Landing and Bow Willow.

When firefighters arrived, they said the flames were coming through the roof of a two story home.

Firefighters knocked it out in around 30 minutes, but the roof was completely burned off.

The president of the home owners association said they have had a recent string of break-ins.
