Arson investigators are trying to figure out what sparked a fire at a metal shop in southeast Houston late Sunday night.

Houston fire crews arrived at the one-story building on Luce Street near Bellfort Avenue around 11:45 p.m. Sunday to find smoke and flames coming from the shop.

Firefighters got the flames under control and successfully put out the fire.

Arson investigators arrived at the scene, after one of the firemen noticed the front door of the building was open.

Hazmat workers were also called to the scene because of various dangerous materials in the metal shop

No one was injured in the fire.
