Fight outside Spire Nightclub ends in crash, shooting

HOUSTON – As many as six people were injured Thursday when a fight outside a downtown Houston nightclub ended in a crash and a shooting.

The incident was reported about 2:30 a.m. at Spire Nightclub near Travis and Jefferson streets.

The third male is still on the run.

Police said several people were also injured during the fight outside the nightclub.

Investigators said they are still trying to determine who started the fight and who fired the shots.
