HOUSTON – The FBI it has captured a man in Houston who allegedly abducted a woman from Champaign, Illinois, this week.
Federal agents arrested Eduardo Guerrero Cortez overnight after obtaining information that he might be in Houston and may heading south toward Mexico. The victim was recovered safely, the FBI says.

Cortez, 19, was wanted on an aggravated battery charge.
Agents said it all began Wednesday when the woman was forced into an extended-cab Chevy Silverado with Illinois license plate 92502H.
