HOUSTON, Texas – Harris County deputies shut down Highway 6 Tuesday to investigate a fatal car accident in southwest Harris County.
Deputies said the accident happened on Highway 6 at Bellaire Boulevard around 2 a.m.

Highway 6 was shut down for several hours in both directions from Bellaire Boulevard to Westpark Drive, according to deputies.
There's no word yet on the cause of the crash or the victim's identity.
