HOUSTON – The Houston Zoo welcomed a new arrival last month.
On Feb. 17, the zoo says a Fantastic Leaf Tailed Gecko was born. The little lizard is not yet on exhibit as he first needs to grow up a bit, according to the zoo.

In the photos provided by the zoo, the baby gecko is barely larger than a pencil eraser.
