HOUSTON - The excitement of the big Texans Thanksgiving win was still in the air at Hobby Airport Friday as groups of the team's fans arrived in Houston.
Texans fans returning home from Detroit said the trip was well worth seeing their team win their first ever Thanksgiving Day game.
"It's awesome to have the bragging right," said fan Charles Anderson. "[It's] the best team in the NFL."
Fan Eli Siner shared his thoughts on the controversial Texans touchdown by running back Justin Forsett.
"Well, they always say, play until the final whistle and I didn't hear a whistle," said Siner.
The game provides fans proof that the Texans just might be the AFC's best team. Indeed, so far, they are the first NFL team to reach 10 wins this season.
