Surveillance video released of donut shop robbery in Pasadena

Pasadena police look for gunman behind violent robbery

PASADENA, Texas – Pasadena police have released surveillance video from a violent armed robbery at a donut shop.

It happened at 4:54 a.m. on Jan. 7 at the Donut Hole located at 1306 W. Pasadena Freeway. The gunman entered the store, pointed a handgun at the clerk and demanded money from the register. The clerk complied and the gunman left the scene.

A witness told officers he saw a suspicious person and vehicle which were possibly related to the robbery. The vehicle was possible a tan two-tone, 2010 Ford 4-door pickup truck with a hard bed cover. It was parked on Glasgow near the Bay Area Credit Union. The witness said the person casually walked to the Donut Hole and a short time later ran from the business and got into the truck. He is described to be a white tall man in his 30s. He has a skinny build and was wearing a brown hoodie and a long, blonde hair women's wig.
