Hearing reset for ex-Harris County deputy accused of producing bestiality videos

HOUSTON – A Harris County deputy who is accused of posting obscene material online was expected in court Tuesday.

Andrew C. Sustaita Jr. is charged with a misdemeanor for obscenity involving production of material that included sexual contact with a dog, a spokesperson for the Harris County District Attorney’s office said. 

Sustaita Jr. also faces three felony charges of child pornography after investigators found over 200 images and videos under the definition of child pornography, court documents said. He is currently out of jail on a $10,000 bond.

The hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday was reset to a later date.
