Anthony's attorneys received the discovery questions on Wednesday.

If you've ever watched Court TV, you know attorneys already know the answers to most of the questions they ask. They just need to get those answers on the record. And that is the case here.

EquuSearch director Tim Miller got upset when he heard Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, claim that Caylee Anthony drowned in the family's swimming pool.

Miller said if Anthony had not lied to him about that fact, he never would have spent more than $100,000 looking for the 3-year-old.

Here are two of the 15 statements or questions Casey Anthony must respond to in the suit.

"Admit that all statements made by Attorney Jose Baez in his opening statement in your criminal trial are true."

"Admit that you told Tim Miller of Texas EquuSearch in August 2008 that you believed that Caylee Marie Anthony was alive."

Anthony has 30 days to respond to the 15 questions in writing, under oath, which makes her deadline Aug. 12.

Her deposition, in which she has to sit down with attorneys and answer questions in person, is set for October.
