The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office is looking for two men accused of holding a family at gunpoint in the residents' home.

Investigators said a family had made it back to its home when two men armed with handguns made the family go inside the house. It happened at approximately 10:30 p.m. Friday at on the 21700 block of Parsley Mist Lane in the River Park West subdivision.

Authorities said after forcing the residents inside, the men unknowingly activated the panic alarm of the home's security system.

When deputies arrived the homeowners were being held to the floor at gun point. The suspects ran off and deputies spent most of the night searching for them by air and ground.

"I didn't sleep last night," said Shellie Natho, who lives just a couple houses down.

The two men who have not been found managed to take an undisclosed amount of money from the family.

One of the men is described as black, 5 feet 11 inches tall, with a medium build, black hair and a receding hairline. The other man is described as 5 feet 11 inches tall with a thin build.
