Good work, Keller!

Ducks

It's a gloomy Monday but this will brighten up your day! Last week, a mom duck and her ducklings were crossing the freeway. Brandon Keller, our animal services officer, was able to rescue the ducklings but the mom and dad ducks had flown away. Keller could see them circling the area, but they couldn't hear their ducklings over the traffic noise. Keller had a great idea! He played whistler duck calls on his wireless speaker in his truck. This lured the mom and dad ducks to the water at the Brazos River Turnaround where he reunited them with their ducklings! Great job!
