WEST HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – An innocent driver was killed late Friday night, when a driver ran a red light and slammed into his truck, deputies said.
The collision happened just after 9 p.m. Friday on Mason Road at the Katy Freeway frontage road.

Deputies said Michael Bisotooni died instantly after getting hit by that truck. Investigators on the scene said Bisotooni was driving a 1995 Toyota Tacoma westbound in the 21800 Block of Interstate 10.
According to deputies, a man driving a 2001 Chevrolet truck was traveling northbound on Mason Road, and according to witnesses, ran a red light. The truck hit Bisotooni's truck on the passenger side. The victim's truck then hit another vehicle stopped at the red light.
The case will be referred to the Harris County District Attorney's Office for possible charges.
