HOUSTON -

Police are searching for the driver who hit a pedestrian in southwest Houston and kept going.

It happened at around 1:45 a.m. after another minor accident on Westpark Drive and South Rice.

In that first accident, police say someone driving a Lexus rammed the back end of another car on Westpark.

When the driver of the car that was hit and stepped out to talk to the other driver, police say a third vehicle ran over the victim.  That driver didn't stop and drove off.

The pedestrian was taken to the hospital in stable condition.

So far, no arrests have been made.
