SPRING, Texas -

A driver was seriously injured after a major accident in northeast Harris County.

Around 3:45 a.m. Tuesday, Harris County deputies said a pickup headed west on FM 2920 went off the edge of the road and hit a concrete culvert.  The truck crashed into a fence, flipped over and landed upside down in a ditch.

Deputies said the male driver was flown by helicopter to Memorial Hermann Hospital in serious, but stable condition.

Deputies have not determined the cause of the accident.

The driver's name was not released.
