The valet tried to explain the area was for valet only and he couldn't self-park.

Investigators said the man became agitated and sped around the parking lot and tried to run over the valet.

The valet called police when the man drove away.

Officers caught up with him on Washington Ave and Shepherd and tried to pull him over.

They said he then sped away, then spun his car around and sped toward the officers.

The officers shot at the car, but didn't hit the driver.

When the man tried to drive away again, he came face to face with more officers.

A METRO officer was able to get close enough to the driver to shoot him with the taser.

The man was arrested and is facing charges for felony evading, felony assault on a peace officer with a motor vehicle and intoxication assault.
