HOUSTON – A driver faces charges Monday after a chase with Houston police.
According to police, officers spotted a person driving in circles on Wirt and Hempstead in northwest Harris County.

When they tried to pull the driver over, he refused to stop, police said.
Investigators said he was speeding and running red lights in the area.
The driver crashed through a business fence near Gessner and Hempstead, police said.
He tried to run off but was caught.
