A national animal activist group began fighting to save the dog.

As part of the agreement, the group will reimburse the county for housing the dog.

The dog will also be sent to California to be trained by the dog whisperer, Cesar Millan, and will never be allowed to return to Texas.

The attack happened last year.

He was being boarded by a trainer and got his foot stuck in his crate.

When the trainer tried to free him he attacked.

Animal advocates say the dog misplaced his aggression.
