Dog found in 128 degree car, saved by firefighters
An on-looke reported then incident and firefighters came and got the dog out of the car
A dog was spotted, locked inside a 128-degree car.
The dog was seen around 3 p.m. in the parking lot of Memorial Hospital in Sugar Land on Monday.
According to officials the dog had been in the car with one of the windows cracked, for about an hour.
Firefighters used a slim jim to open the car.
Animal control was called to the scene and the dog was taken to a veterinarian to be checked out.
The owner was given a verbal warning.
The name of the veterinarian and owner have not been released.
