Disabled woman left for six hours in van dies

HOUSTON – A disabled woman left alone in a daycare van for nearly six hours, died Friday night.

We first told you about this in late July, when Rebekah Rose Harkins was left in an adult daycare van.

State investigators say she was in the care of the Sean Ashley House when it happened.

Harkin's family tells Local 2 she never recovered from the injuries she suffered, remaining in the hospital until she died.
