HOUSTON - Harris County sheriff's detectives hope surveillance video will help them identify the man responsible for a Sunday morning shooting that left one man dead and three others wounded.
The shooting happened in the parking lot of the La Cave nightclub on FM 1960 near Stuebner Airline.
Detectives said five men were thrown out of the club for fighting.
"Their anger then turned towards the employees of the club, the bouncers, and then one of them started shooting," Detective Dennis Wolfford said.
Investigators said video from the club shows the suspected shooter being searched by bouncers as he entered the club. Detectives said they believe the man then went to the parking lot to retrieve a gun after being thrown out and came back to shoot the bouncers.
Detectives said they also have not learned the identities of the other men who were thrown out of the club for fighting.
