GALVESTON, Texas – The Lone Star Rally is expected to see 500,000 people in Galveston this weekend, and enthusiasts said the rain won't stop them.

It may also be one of the wettest.

"We're not worried about that because this is a destination. Bikers come here, they park their bikes and they party," he said.

Bill Edinger was not worried either.

"I got my rain gear just in case it does," Edinger said.

Mark Brinkley said he'll find somewhere dry.

"I'm gonna go find me a place to get under cover and once it stops raining, I'll go put it up at the beach house," Brinkley said.

Still, everyone is looking forward to a fun weekend, rain or shine.

The Lone Star Rally runs through Sunday night.
