HOUSTON – A Harris County Precinct 3 deputy constable was detained Thursday after he was found slumped over in his truck.
Deputies said they found the man passed out in a black Ford F-150 pickup truck in the 12,400 block of Stonefield Manor near C.E. King Parkway. There was also a child in the truck.

He was taken to the hospital to see if he had passed out from alcohol or if he suffered from a medical condition.
