Investigators say man with handgun demanded bridal diamonds

HARRIS COUNTY, Texas - Deputies are searching for a man whose accused of committing a diamond heist in broad daylight.

That robbery happened around 11:00 a.m. Saturday at the Zales jewelry store, located on FM 1960 near Champions Forrest Drive in northwest Harris County.

Investigators said the man, who was wearing a black jean jacket, walked in with a handgun and demanded bridal diamonds.

The man took off before investigators arrived.

No other information regarding this armed robbery has been released.
