Deputies: Man burglarizes home in Richmond

RICHMOND, Texas – Authorities are looking for suspects they say burglarized a home in the Richmond area.

The Fort Bend County Sheriff’s Office said the burglary happened Friday, Jan. 22, around 8 p.m. in the 10300 block of Belvamera Road in the Aliana subdivision.

According to deputies, the man entered the home by breaking a glass window in the master bathroom. The homeowner discovered the man had gone through the dresser and the bathroom cabinets, targeting jewelry.

Authorities said there is at least one other person involved and possibly two other suspects who participated in the burglary. The vehicle used was a white 2013 Hyundai Elantra.

The suspect is described as being 5 feet, 9 inches tall and weighing around 180 pounds. He was wearing a light-colored hoodie and a baseball cap.

Information that leads to an arrest and filing of charges could earn up to $5,000.
