HARRIS COUNTY, Texas – Deputies are investigating a shootout between people in two vehicles in northwest Harris County.
It happened on West Road near the North Freeway.

According to investigators, the driver of a Cadillac Escalade returned fire when bullets flew through the windshield.
The driver was hit in the arm, drove around the corner, and called 911 for help, deputies said.
That victim is expected to be okay, authorities said.
Detectives said they are investigating whether this was a random act of road rage or if the two drivers knew each other.
