HOUSTON – Police have made two arrests after a deadly drug deal went wrong.
Anibal Hernandez, 21, and Angel Rivera, 29, have been charged with capital murder in the death of Eric Torres, 24. Abraham Grimaldo, 21, also died in the shooting at 1511 Wirt Road around 10:15 p.m. on May 3.

Police said Torres was meeting Hernandez, Rivera and Grimaldo for a drug deal at Sonic.
The three men parked a blue Honda Accord behind Torres' vehicle, blocking him in a drive-in stall, according to police. Hernandez, allegedly armed with an AR-15, and Grimaldo got out of the backseat of the Accord with the suspected intention of robbing Torres, who had a handgun.
Torres realized he was about to be robbed, so he allegedly fired several shots, striking Grimaldo several times. Hernandez then allegedly fired several shots in return, killing Torres.
Hernandez and Rivera put Grimaldo into the car and took him to the hospital, where he died.
Marijuana and pills were found at the scene.
Hernandez and Rivera were arrested without incident on Aug. 25.
