HOUSTON – A day care operator in northwest Harris County was arrested, accused of tampering with government records.
According to the Harris County Fire Marshal's Office, the Just For Children Learning Academy on the 11200 block of Harvest Bend has been closed.

The owner, Rhoda Strong has been accused of falsifying fire and life safety inspections. Both are second-degree felonies.
Officials said all the children who attended the day care are being cared for elsewhere.
