HOUSTON – The man accused of leading police on a chase and trying to dance his way out of an arrest faced a judge for the first time on Friday.
However, there was no dancing in court this morning.
Darrious Brown, 25, remained still while prosecutors read his charges.
Police said he led them on chase and refused to follow commands when they stopped him.
Brown is charged with felony evading and remains in jail this afternoon.
