Court documents say Carreon-Toledo and a 17-year-old student began texting in October. The teen told authorities they met several times outside of school
and that their relationship became sexual in November.Â
Carreon-Toledo is accused of having sex with the student at his apartment. He is also accused of meeting the student at the Palace Inn Hotel at 21330 Katy Freeway on Nov. 10 and Dec. 16.
Investigators say the hotel photocopies the driver's license of anyone who rents a room and that Carreon-Toledo used the same driver's license on both occasions for a two-hour rental.
According to court documents, Carreon-Toledo began urinating on himself when officers questioned him about the relationship. When questioned by the principal of Langham Creek High School, he said that his parents had the same age difference as he and the student.
"We are deeply concerned by the serious nature of the allegation brought forth and will continue to cooperate fully with law enforcement," Cypress-Fairbanks Independent School District Assistant Superintendent Nicole Ray said in a statement. "We are committed to providing a safe learning environment for all of our students and this type of behavior will not be tolerated."
Carreon-Toledo has posted a $60,000 bond.
